Dundore and Heister, a premier PA Craft Butcher, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Butcher Team Leader. We pride ourselves on sustainability and excellence in customer service, offering our clients the best in locally sourced meat and poultry products.You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our meat department. This position requires a personable approach to dealing with customers and a precise hand in preparing and presenting meat products.Responsibilities:Assist in cutting, trimming, and preparing meat as per customer specifications.Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering queries to enhance their shopping experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.Display meats attractively to maximize customer interest and sales.Qualifications:Minimum of one year experience in meat cutting is required.Strong understanding of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.If you are passionate about quality meats and customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
